Oh yeah I'm sure they are all laying awake all night worried about the Bears punt game.
That's it...
In the article Poles says it’s the uncomfortableness of an offense being pinned behind their own 10 yard line. Not that teams go into a game worried about the punter.

Yeah if he can consistently coffin corner teams he's definitely worth a 4th.

It sounds like that is his specialty. Apparently he cen place the ball on a specific spot with the exact spinn on it to stay put. Almost as accurate as a first rate QB.

I can't wait to see this. Takes the sting out of not converting on 3rd down.

I've seen speculation that he will also take over kickoff duties as well. Before I retired, I spent a fair amount of time travelling to SE Asia and the only English language sports I could get on the hotel TVs were Aussie Rules Football and Cricket. I believe that kicking is the only way of scoring in "Footie" (as it is called). Making successful 6 point scoring kicks from distances in excess of 60 yards is commonplace. The record is something over 100 yards (link). There is no kicking in Footie off any sort of tee. And kicking during play is the main way of passing the ball form player to player on offense. So having really solid kicking technique and controlling what the ball does after it hits the ground is crucial as well.
It is played on an oval field, and you can score by kicking through one of the two sets of four goal posts (6 points) or behind same set of goal posts (1 point). Each team has a set of 4 goal posts it attempts to reach and score by kicking. The team also tries to prevent the other team from scoring be defending its (the opposite) set of 4 goal posts. It is really a bizarre game (link). It also includes lots of physical contact including rugby-like tackling.
I'm beginning to wonder if the Bears are going to be the trend setter on this as there could be a rash of imported Footie players into the NFL as punters.

As long as they are all generational, I don't know why the NFL wouldn't welcome them with open arms
