I have always been a firm believer that the management is the most important part. With the right management, you get the right culture and the right players. I really like Warren, Poles and Cunningham.

I am pretty excited to see this season develop
I'm excited too. The roster is being built with guys who seem to have talent - and they also seem to be mature good guys too. I personally like the leadership of Eberflus, because he is an integral part of this. He has established a healthy/good locker room atmosphere with this group. Even in the depths of a tank year and the following nightmare 2023 season you saw a really good head coach doing a near-miraculous job with this locker room... it began (I think) by have good mature young men to begin with, and Eberflus really did a great job holding it all together.
The guys believe in him and respect him. He is a leader of men, the #1 trait to being a good head coach. It's not the only trait.
I am thankful we have him now, in 2024, due to the locker room situation where we have a group of men who really really liked Justin Fields and hated to see him traded. Eberflus will be solid in helping the locker room process that and transition to the rookie, Caleb in the best way possible. It's all well and good for folks to say, well these guys are pro's and they should just shut-up and weather stuff like tank years, turmoil years and losing their leader QB1 whom they loved. Yeah, in an ideal world you'd think that. But HC's lose locker rooms all the time. Eberflus didn't. The table is set in 2024 for a really good season.

Not as high on Flus, but like the direction that things are taking

It will be a defining season for the coaching staff. We can't make the excuse there is a lack of player talent now.
