You are saying that Trestman's offense that had Marshall, Bennett, Forte, and Kyle Long in their prime and Alshon Jeffery during his two fantastic healthy 16 game seasons was less or equally talented as the guys being fielded these past four weeks while Jeffery was suspended and Long went on IR?

Trestman had such talent on his team going from 2013 to 2014 that the Bears were in playoff discussions and top ten in power rankings until the team imploded. This year the Bears were bottom five ranked by the media and have only gotten worse with every injury.

Bears D had talent in Trestman's time, just awful and unqualified coaching. If I were to compare talent between the two teams, maybe you could come to a draw. I don't know. I do know they completely gave up on Trest and Tucker.

And man, the offensive line in 2013 was fantastic. 2014 it was hit by injury and the team gave up. This year the guys are still scrapping.

And the Bears still have the option to retain Jeffery, so only he sent two of those guys packing.
