I think you can but not under "quick reply".

I have done it by typing the reply button on the top right of the chat box. Then the top right has a "add attachment" there you can find your image the add it.

I did it to upload that.

That's interesting. For me, it just added a link that you have to download. It doesn't show the pic, but that's at least farther than I was.

Edit - I got it to work. I owe you a beer. It was the wrong file type. Once I converted it to a jpg, it showed.
