That would be DManning the S i had high hopes for, but he never really figured out how to play the position. Manning as the one out of position for the long TD Manning threw in the SB. Manning was also an AP KOR at least once. But he wasn't lightning.

I think it's quite impressive to look at how great of a kick returner Hester was given his 31" long arms. He certainly played like someone with much longer arms.
