Interesting that around the 1:20 mark he talks about the upgrades to the offense in general, and in particular how he, personally, is working with the offense coaching staff regarding the installation of the new O scheme.  Obviously, the offense coaches are the main players here.  But make no mistake, this guy is engaged with the nuts and bolts of the entire team - offense, defense and special teams.  This is his team.  He doesn't blindly delegate anything to others.  He is very much the HEAD coach.   I like that about him.  I like that a lot.  This isn't a guy like Marc Trestman who stood at the back of the room addressing the Bears players.  This guy is hands-on.  

I can see why the players love him and respect him.
