This sounds like a great move. I did like the USFL way of handling kickoffs. Better player safety BUT it was still fun to watch. A balance of both worlds.

It seems that the NFL will be working with the new UFL (the old USFL/XFL) when it comes to various changes to Football.

Actually from what I've been reading he may not be the kind of player who is going to be good at this new format. You want someone with good vision because the blocking will be much more like a line of scrimmage. Just being a burner isn't enough. RBs might be better for fit for this.

Maybe Kellen Davis could come back and give it a try. I hear he's been working on his catching lately.
