Great interview with Ron Rivera at the Combine today.

Don't mind the title to the video because this is not a Fields vs rookie interview. It is a very refreshing look at this guy's view of the modern NFL and how the game has changed in some key ways. He talked some about the old '85 Bears players he played with, and it really is a "feel good" interview with Rivera.
He is quite a guy. I loved listening to him talking Bears stuff with CHGO about Montez Sweat, our new DC, Washington, and the realities of the modern NFL quarterback situation (he talks about the money angle too). He said that the new breed of QB1's are that they are mobile and can make plays on the run so well. But he says there is a cost to that due to how they get hurt... he said you'd better have a solid #2 QB nowadays for when your #1 goes down to injury. It's just the reality of having this new breed of QB. He said though, that these new QB's make it really tough on defenses. They are so very difficult to defend.
