I missed that one. Anyway, I was looking over his background this morning and he is, yet another, guy with extensive coaching experience - including multiple gigs as an offensive coordinator at the college level. I'm really liking how the Bears have a loaded coaching staff now, as far as bringing in seasoned veteran coaches. The game prep should be better too... we seemed weak in this area on offense under Getsy's regime here.
