I thought we were done, but apparently we hired another coach.
An engineering major that went into coaching. Supposed to be sharp. I think to inexperienced to have a lot behind him, but hopefully will make a difference. Article had good things to say about the coaching staff. And why wouldn't they when led by Flus!
He seems to have a lot of QB/passing coaching experience:
"Among league circles, Picazo is known as a "sharp guy" and a "potential riser," and the person I spoke with was genuinely excited about the situation he was entering on the Bears staff. Between Waldron, Joseph, Brown, and Picazo, the Bears have built a solid coaching foundation to bring along whoever lines up under center in 2024."
It sure looks like the Bears are trying to put a solid coaching staff in place on offense this time around.

Which they can still offset when they pick the new QB, lol

LOL. What are we going to do if the Bears actually get this QB thing right this time? I think it will be Armageddon and the end of the world. Millions of Bears fans' heads exploding. This is precisely why Poles HAS to get it wrong again. Otherwise it will kill off millions of people worldwide.

If they get this right, I’ll probably stroke out. But I would die with a smile on my face
