I know he totally failed here as a head coach. But paired with offensive coordinator Greg Roman, this could be a really good hire. He brings over 40 years of coaching experience, including 3 Grey Cup championships (CFL equivalent of the Super Bowl). He won his last Grey Cup after his Bears coaching gig. And he did not have much roster talent that year, but won it anyway. As an assistant to OC Roman, I could see him being a solid asset for Jim Harbaugh.
I'm going to be very curious about what Harbaugh can do with the Chargers. Never count him out.

Trestman knows how to run an OFF, some of his NFL OFF have been pretty good. Its overall team management where he failed. Some of that is on the players here in Chicago who decided to act like high school football jocks instead of the grown men they claimed to be. But.....Tucker....good grief.

I am STILL Tuckered out from watching that excuse for a defense.
