With the way Poles has been putting together the O without Flus helping out. Makes you wonder if this is a another situation this offseason?
I'm sure Poles has Eberflus' input on players. But in the end, Poles is the GM and Eberflus has not been given GM power here... few HC's get that kind of power.
I believe John Fox is dumb enough to actually believe that drafting Adams would have been better because the Bears had signed Glennon to be the starter at QB.

And this is why Fox was not told what they were actually doing.

Glennon had the Reed Richards super power of being able to stretch his neck over opposing players to see the field. I'm still not sure how he failed.

Blood took too long to get all that way up that long neck to his braincase. Then when the blood finally got there, it couldn't find a brain to supply oxygen and nutrients to so it just kind of swirled around (like in JABF's toilet flushing image). And all that swirling explains the vacant confused look in Glennon's eyes.

This does make sense. A supplementary blood pump to push the blood up to those altitudes needs to be installed. And maybe some stem cells in his cranial cavity. Then we hope they develop into brain cells rather than cranium bone

My favorite Glennon play was that one time he was in shotgun and barking out signals. He took a step forward to give instructions to the line and the C snapped the ball. Hit Glennon in the knee and shot down field about 5 yards. I think the Bears recovered. It was their best play of the game to that point I think (that part I might have made up.)
