"The Chicago Bears are going to be well-represented at the Pro Football Hall of Fame’s Class of 2024 induction.

Devin Hester, Steve McMichael, and Julius Peppers are Hall of Fame-bound, per a pair of Thursday evening reports. Jack Silverstein and Bill Zimmerman (Windy City Gridiron), as well as Jason Lieser (Sun-Times) are spreading the good news."

That is FANTASTIC news. I'm happy for McMichael in particular due to his ALS battle. And I worried that Hester might not make it, but glad he did. I never doubted Peppers would make it.

WFLD 32 (Fox Chicago) has a YouTube video on this as well. It rips me up to see how ALS has just decimated the guy. So, I won't post it. I'd much rather remember Mongo as MONGO.

Boy.... Memories fade. Watching those vignettes of a swarming defense brings back memories. That was just a smothering defense. Jeez..... It was brutal. Love it
