No idea if this guy is any good, but they are giving the Ol some attention. I really don't know if the previous OL coaches were ineffective or not. I did not have the impression that the OL needed batter coaches. I thought they needed better players, but better coaches (I hope) is never a bad thing

I've noticed that THIS time around the Bears are bringing in people with a lot of high-quality experience - even some head coaching experience at the college level and then NFL experience on top of that. I think the Bears learned something from these first-time coaches who have struggled here in the past. Think of the overall impact of this. It should be a MUCH better coaching staff and the team will be a lot better going into games too.
