Of course, always take with an ounce of salt, but this is exactly what some of us were afraid of. Which makes it even more likely they go with a new QB. I'll say one thing. If Flus stays with JF, my respect for him will grow immensely. Not because I think he would be right (I don't know what right is), but because he KNOWS his job is on the line and if he keeps JF in spite of that, that is a man that is willing to live by his convictions. Gotta respect that. Decision will be Poles more than his (and they are both in the same boat)

I just hope that we are not half assing things again. I keep vacillating between that feeling and renewed hope.

I can see Waldren slip right into the HC position if next years season is a bit of a failure. I wonder if that was the reason for all the hires as everyone can get promoted and we will have some form of continuity.

We do see a lot of stuff pushed out there each year that turns out to be inaccurate. Some is just click-bait. Some is pushed out there to get people to listen to podcast people. Some claim they're people with insider info but they end up proven wrong. Sometimes it can be a source person who has a big name but they just prove to be wrong in the end. I do have a short list of people I really take note of when they roll out something - I believe they are trusted sources.
