I wonder if gathering all these guys that DJ knew prior is tipping the proverbial hat to what Poles is going to do?
DJ Loves Fields and wants to play with his childhood running buddy Marvin Harrison. They trade Fields and lose out on Harrison BUT Moore is surrounded by other people that have helped him in the past. So he feels that he should stay and not demand a trade ( I have not read that at all, just people act differently when their pals leave).
