If you are going for sure, let me know. London has always been one of my most favorite cities.
Chuck, count me in!!
We'll have to see the schedule. I already have a long trip to Africa booked for the last part of September through the first week of October. So, if it is sometime in the last half of October or later, I'm good. Or if it is in the beginning of the season.
For example, looking back at the 2023 games in the UK and Europe (link), I would be able to do games on October 15 or later (or any of the later 3 out of the total of 5 games). Assuming a very similar schedule for 2024, that is. But this wasn't finalized until mid May 2023, so we have some time to plan and discuss.
Im def going. If I can snatch tickets. Went last time to Wembley. London is one of my 2 fav cities. Been there 2 times with the fam last year.
I was hoping to go if they had games in Spain. Spain is a lot cheaper, has a better climate and I like the food.
it has been years so I don't know if the food is still good, hit up a place called "The Spagetti House" It sounds like an Italian fast food restaurant but was one of the best meals we had in London. This was many years ago and I think they have several locations. We stayed at a Marriott but can't remember which one and it was walking distance.

I try to stay at smaller independent places in the UK. I have found that these typically are your best value. Food in Britain can be very good. I found that you can get the best day to day food in pubs.

Love british food, steaks, meat and gravy, puddin... beer! The lot. My best man is Welsh, living in London
See above about pubs. But a lot of people associate London with a really eclectic food scene. I've been on business trips to London where we ate in several nice restaurants each night and none of the were "British" ... Indian, Italian, Greek, Turkish, Chinese, etc.

You peeps will love the new ultra-modern world class Santiago Bernabeu stadium in Madrid once the NFL goes there in 2025.
Never mind London might suit me better because of accommodation(have family friends there).
Anyway, when I am sure that I will definitely go, I'll write it post here. Just to be in touch for game with others from forum...and hopefully having some beer over there
"The NFL has announced the home teams for the league’s games in Europe during the 2024 season.
London will feature games involving the Bears, Vikings, and Jaguars while Munich will welcome the Panthers. Those teams will be the designated home teams for those games and their opponents will be announced at a future date."

I thought for sure the Bears would get the Sao Paulo game as they have the only active Brazilian player (Cairo Santos). No way the leauge would give them two international games.
Yeeeey, im there, again! This time with my kid. Super excited right now
I'm really happy for you, Alex. I feel like 2024 is going to be a much better year. Things sure are looking up in a lot of ways... LOL, I just became a 1st time grandpa on top of everything else so I'm a happy camper for 2024. Kind of glad 2023 is behind us for a lot of reasons, especially my mom dying in December.
I can't wait to take my grandson to his first Bears game someday. Hope you have a FANTASTIC time with your son.
