I like the @alexm format.
First thought: Excepting a 6 year stretch with prime Ben/Bell/Brown Tomlin has won by the strength of his DEF. He is not a OFF minded HC. He is experienced, but walked into a situation where he had a franchise QB. Can he develop Fields or the rookie?
"Tomlin is a good coach. The evidence is right there, and not just with Pickens. Earlier this season, the Steelers were 5-3 while getting outgained by every single opponent they faced. Tomlin is an incredible 98-61-2 in one-score games. We’re watching a good coach do good coach things, live and in living color.
The problem: In the past six seasons, the Steelers haven’t won a playoff game. You know that thing that good coaches are supposed to do? Yeah. None of that."

Agree w/ Alex. He's been one of my favorite HCs in the league for years and honestly, we could do a lot worse. I mean he's a defensive coach would made the playoffs w/ Kenny Pickett, Mitch Trubisky and Mason Rudolph under center.
But after clinching his 17th straight non-losing season, I doubt Pittsburgh would let him walk. In fact, I think I remember reading somewhere that the Steelers were actually working on a contract extension. So there's that.
