Can someone explained the rule here? Scott caught the passes then trotted for 30yds then stepped out of bounds without getting touched. Why did the clock keep running?
I may be missing what you're seeing, but looks to me like the game clock does stop at 15 seconds, but then the play clock refreshes and starts counting down. Seems legit to me.
