Getsy jokes aside, how about an offensive analyst?
No joke, I hope the Bears do get trusted input on the offense this off-season. I have to believe that Kevin Warren and Ryan Poles have begun to do just that. I'd be shocked if they were not. I'll bet they already know who they want to bring in as offensive coordinator too. LOL, maybe I'm delusional about this, but things have changed greatly in recent years for sports franchises. These are multi-billion dollar businesses. Sounds like the McCaskeys are finally understanding this (state-of-the-art Halas Hall facility built, a new stadium campus being planned, finally hired a "football guy" in Kevin Warren to be President/CEO) - looks like they are trying to max out the value of this franchise now (and probably will). Not because they have the "rah rah" lets win thing, but rather due to the fact this business can be a huge money generator for the family, even if they sell it at some point. Money drives it now. I have to believe they are looking at the failed component, the offense, with some outside analysis... not just asking Eberflus what "he" thinks needs to be done.
