Not to rant but seriously cut this guy. It's way past time to audition others. Sign guys off of practice squads etc. He's not going to suddenly improve so be productive about the position.
Its only his 2nd year in the NFL as a rookie. His job was to be just a kick returner. I hope they do cut him since he doesn't bring value to this team.
