I think we win 5 games total. Carolina, AZ, and one other.
6 at max
And if they use that "improvement" as an excuse to keep Flutsy I'm gonna lose my mind. That would only confirm to me that Warren is just a figurehead and Bears ownership is right back to their old tricks of not synch'ing their coaches to their QB because they're too cheap to eat the remaining money on the contract.
That's exactly the stupid nonsense they pulled after the 2020 season with that laughable "collaboration" press conference.
I'm thinking we will see the last half of the season as an improvement in the defense and offense, and an improvement over the first half of our season. I am also thinking that it may have been helpful for Fields to have been on the sideline for a few games... my gut feeling is that he will settle down behind an OL that is playing better than the beginning of the year, and perform well. My original prediction for this season was for 7 or possibly even 8 wins. I'm sticking with that.
New Orleans will be a loss though. The 4 games before the bye week will be .500 ball. I'm thinking we will see at least 3 wins after the bye and maybe even 4 wins. So the season ends with 7 or 8 wins. Pretty much what most of us predicted before the season began. Rough start to the season but an improved finish.
