Bagent reflects on his performance against Chargers

Sounds like he understands what he needs to do to get better.  His last game just looked like typical rookie "learning curve stuff" that he has to go through.  He needs real game reps to understand the QB game at the NFL level - with NFL defenses he is facing at this level.  Think about the difference he is seeing in D speeds and complexities compared with D2 schools he was facing a year ago.  Those D2 schools were not much more than high school level competition (granted, the big boy high schools though).  

I'm looking forward to seeing him play, but I am ansty to get Fields back in so that we can see how he progresses.  After this weekend there are 8 games left to the season.  I'd really like to see Fields in all 8 of them.
