Working out bench pressing logs from the forest. No fancy workout facility so the cold bath was the Potomac River in January. Crossfit training with backpack runs (packs filled with logs).
Gotta admit that when I read this about Tyson Bagent it reminded me of Walter Payton and "The Hill"...
