Got to wonder if there is something with the strength and conditioning that is going on that is either creating or not preventing some of these injuries. Lovies guy before he retired never had these issues. Seems like it's a constant issue since he left.
Brax never missed one snap last season. Isn’t there some kind of collar he can wear to prevent another whiplash when he comes back?
I'm not sure if this is really relevant but I find it quite annoying that the coaching staff either downplays or hides injury information, then we find out later from a beat writer that things were worse than originally explained.

They mentioned it last night on TNF, that there are a lot of OL injured this year already. It is just a brutal and violent position that is essentially martial arts stuff between 300+ pound men. And these are not the "fat boys" of past years in the NFL. Most of the OL today are in crazy-good shape and incredibly quick and strong - as are the defensive guys they face every snap. Their bodies get injured and broken. I just think the game itself is at a point now where this is how it is going to be for linemen in particular. Consequently, OL depth is more important than ever before. You just gotta have high quality depth for when (not "if" but when) you lose starters.
