Here is a video from a guy I follow on YT. He is asking the same questions we are asking here about Eberflus and Getsy.
Warning, he has a decent source of All-22 game videos and has the software to highlight, slow it down and replay. You get to see the same dumb-ass stuff repeatedly. It gets a bit sickening. This guy is posting a similar video on Getsy.

It's a good video. It is mind-numbing how bad this defense scheme is. The team has a lot of issues. But perhaps the king of them all are the schemes themselves. You won't beat anyone running this D scheme. It makes it so easy to beat our defense. It lets O players run free all day long. There are zero adjustments. It's just running the same D play over and over again.

It doesn’t matter what schemes you run, if you don’t put pressure on the QB. We don’t have the players to do that. But I agree the coaches don’t even try. The Eberflus scheme will never work with this collection of players.

And our O has the same problems. Flus and crew have got to go. The sooner the better. Heck, if we're going to tank again we might as well bring back Trestman for the remainder of the year, at least he was good for a few laughs with his coaching from the back of the room and his other oddities. I have been wondering and I might get flogged for this but seeing how this year MIGHT be going down the crapper. I know there is always a chance we can turn around but.........<cue crickets>
Does anyone think it might be a good idea to trade Moore because he really is our only proven player I imagine for a 1st if that is possible. I imagine a rook QB might be better of having a proven QB to rely on but does anyone think that could be viable? If so I guess the next big question would be does Poles deserve to do this trade if he is on the block.

Herbert gives me DMarino vibes--great QB can't win for whatever reason (bad luck, injuries, bad DEF....) Staley might get canned if the Chargers don't show playoff wins.
Selah is safe because Rodgers got hurt.
McDaniels (I think) will get one more year, maybe two if he gets to pick a QB. He thought JimmyG was Brady 2.0. But, Raider ownership is worse than McCaskys so.....
Baring a complete disaster on some other team...E-Flas is first to get a pickslip.
