That is a good even-handed assessment of where the team is at. It's not a rant. At least I did not take it as a rant. Just pointing out the many layers of problems. They pointed out (rightfully so) that there is a lot that can be cleaned up. The margin of error for this year is miniscule due to the fact it's not a good team - so those mistakes just kill the team.
