I think is where he should be, perhaps even a bit lower. I haven't watched Yannick Ngakoue but from people's no homer description he is a pretty beast player. 
Floyd despite what ever Bears fan are telling you should not be DROTY(unless he gets +10 sacks and plays godlike for the rest of the season). I would give that to Bosa. Despite Bosa missing some time he has been playing out of his mind, and he is younger than Floyd. Damn how I wish we had Bosa, he is disruptive on almost every play, whereas Floyd doesn't put consistent pressure on the QB and is worse against the run.
