I'm not expecting a 10 - 7 season, but anything under 6, is not acceptable. 

I would agree with this.  I think 10 wins is expecting a lot.  The cookie would have crumble just right for that.

7-9 wins seems realistic to me (barring a major injury issue).

I also agree that, again barring a major injury to Fields, 6 wins is the bare minimum.  Even that would be a disappointment to me.  The team is hardly "ready" but it's a helluva lot better than it was a year ago.  Need to see results on the field.

I'll put it this way.  If the Bears finish 6 wins or less, Justin and Ryan have some explaining to do.  Both of them.

People look at the 3-14 record who didn’t watch the games and so don’t realize how close many of those losses were. They just couldn’t get it done defensively or offensively with the game on the line in the 4Q.

Also, Bears have the fifth easiest schedule (on paper) this season, so should help.

All considered, if the over/under drops to 5.5, Bears fans should put some money on the freakin’ table!
