It begins on Thursday, and it will be fun to have something 2023 season related to watch. I know we often talk about the Combine not having a lot of value as compared with game film, but it is still "football stuff" to watch during this off-season time that seems to drag on forever. Until today, I thought the Poles plan was to keep Justin Jones as a starter and replace the other three. I think now the plan might be Carter plus a free agent on the inside.
If they really do plan to draft the best player for the Bears in this draft class, they aren’t going to get him at #9. I suppose you could say it was always obvious that Bears are staying in top-4, but this is confirmation that we didn’t have yesterday.
