As of 09 FEB 2023 (so, before trades and etc.) Who should be considered the Starting Quarterback for the San Francisco 49ers?

Purdy is Mr. Irrelevant... with a commensurate contract.
It's tradition that a QB doesn't lose his job due to injury, but in this case... has it been earned?
