I have no reason not to. Did you see what Barkley just did? He's a 4th rounder on his 3rd team in his first start against a really good def w/no offensive weapons and 2 backup OG's, and he looked as good as Cutler normally looks.
Give this group a 2 healthy OG's actually starting quality O weapons and a quality young QB and yes I think they can. What makes you think they cannot? Have you seen what they were able to do w/an equally bad Hoyer? They take bad QB's and make them look adequate. I fully believe they can take a rookie qb and make them reach their potential.
