Outside of a fluke 3 interception game we are looking at a pretty bad year. I am guessing if Nagy didn't give up playcalling last year, we would have been bad enough to get him fired. This year is going to be more of the same.
I don't hate our roster, I think Nagy is that bad.

Ryan Pace is responsible for that and he is responsible for Nagy too.

The bottom-line is that what we have seen with our own eyes for years here now - is not evidence of a GM & HC who can get it done here. Period. Nobody can spin this to somehow support keeping this GM and this HC. What is the hard evidence that shows they are performing here? We see the same crap offense year after year. The roster doesn't have the level of talent needed to excel. The HC has an offense that looks butt-ugly on gamedays - spanning years now.

Why on earth would you keep these 2 guys? Because we are "better than the lowly Cleveland Browns?" We used to set the bar there for keeping them... now we can't even beat the Browns. It's a shame. Shameful.

The talent, and lack there of, is on Pace as is Nagy. The on field performance, and lack there of, is on Nagy. Having watched this crap fest for the last 7 years it’s beyond time for a change. If the Bears ownership believes they have a potential franchise qb in Fields they have to make a change or they’ll squander the opportunity to turn the franchise around.
