I don't understand how Danny T is replaceable. He's been graded in the past few games as the better LB. The only thing that holds him back was his injury.
I have no clue where this roster is. It's directed by some imbeciles. I still look forward to watching the defense play in the first half. After that, it's the masochist in me that keeps tracking the plays.

So you're the one! Some turned this into our lost and found. It must be yours.
I don't think the roster is that bad off in general...Qb is, has, and more than likely will be the debated issue going forward with the offense. The rest is kind of wait, see, and hope....imo
RB - Howard will be serviceable if not better over time..hopefully TE - Kind of like RB's these days, you can find a serviceable one in the mid rounds...and then there is FA WR - Could be bad, but we will have to wait and see what happens to Aj and whether or not White can stay healthy. If these two return and stay healthy, then i am more than confident in the 3rd on down in depth. O-line - Tackles could improve, but they are not Webb so i think that is great imo
Secondary - Is young in most areas, thus i would call this a waiting game in growth. Hopefully getting Fuller back will improve this unit, but this is a waiting game as well imo LB - OK D-line - OK
It might be optimistic on my part to feel this way lol but that is how i see it...They need a spark on offense to get this team rolling, and imo that boils down to the Qb position on this roster.
I don't think anyone here believes the roster is "set" for a super bowl run. We have some talent. We need a lot more talent to compete against teams like the Patriots, Cowboys and Seattle. We wouldn't make a pimple on their ass right now talent-wise. Especially at the most important position - franchise quarterback.

I actually like our ILBs. I like the OLBs when healthy and our interior OL is good to great. Depending on how the draft fells, I'd take Fournette as the best guy behind Garrett. Howard is good but we are talking AP Talent level

And yes, we need better coaching too.
Things are bad. Real bad.
Some talent, not near enough though. Much like the Trestman era, talent wins more then coaching does most time and this team is lacking in that area; and as you pointed out it's also in the most important position.

now you've gone and done it. motm will be around to straighten you out because 6th rd RB > 1st rd RB. Silly poster.
