If Cutler is not the answer (and I do agree),who is? What QB is coming out in the draft that the Bears can get?
To be honest, I have no clue. Some say this is a weak QB class. But we hear that every year, and there is often a couple of decent ones. I'm watching the Dallas game right now, and Dak Prescott. I'd dearly love to draft a guy like him. Hopefully Pace can get us a decent youngster in the next draft.

Bears COULD have drafted the real guy and not a guy like him.
What I would not give to have someone with a real eye for talent

You're not going to get an Andrew Luck every year.
We got Howard as a RB, we can keep Jeffery while getting rid of Cutler while also not hurting us on other big name FAs like Berry. We got Miller as a serviceable TE, and 2 #2 WRs who can have a great future here. We got a good slot WR in Royal.
We got a great interior Oline with a serviceable LT. A RT in the draft or FA will easily help us out.
Hoyer was able to succeed in this offense but lacked a great arm strength. We get someone similar to that but with NFL arm strength our offense can become deadly.

I think the OL has looked really good this year(after it had a few games to develop some chemistry). Health is the real issue now; and depth. I'd like to see them draft a RT in the mid rounds to develop, and let this group have another year to gel and develop. Like you said, the weapons are there. You have a starting RB and 2 backups, keep AJ, and you have a #1, and 2 good backups(If White can stay healthy you have a 3rd 2). and you have a decent TE, although I'd like to see them draft another one b/c Miller is very limited.
Hoyer was only limited by Hoyer, not the OC or the players around him. A legit QB should have no issues coming in here and having a good chance to succeed.
