(...) "Reigning MVP Aaron Rodgers is so disgruntled with the Green Bay Packers that he has told some within the organization that he does not want to return to the team, league and team sources told ESPN on Thursday.

The Packers are aware of his feelings, concerned about them and have had team president Mark Murphy, general manager Brian Gutekunst and head coach Matt LaFleur each fly out on separate trips to meet with Rodgers at various points this offseason, sources told ESPN."

Well history shows once he has a chip on his shoulder it's there.... Who the hell disowns their whole family?
I have an idea... STFU and play... You're almost a shoe in for the NFCCG again with the best offense in the league... Take the Brady paycut and buy a defense like the Bucs have....

I don't even know what to think here. IF (and its a big if) Rogers does leave, it turns the NFC-North into a 3 ways race for the division title. Good Lord what a clucker-$%@# for the Packers.

Is this a case of a team believing they are bigger than their HOF QB? What a disaster if this is true.

I still have a hard time believing Schefty's report. I mean didn't Russell Wilson do the exact same thing like six weeks ago? Everybody, myself included, thought he was good as gone and now he seems to be back after all.

Maybe it's Rodgers' tactic in order to get a little more out of the deal.

W/ that being said, if he really wants out, there are only two teams that make sense.

New England: Instead of trading up tonight to get one of the top 5 QB prospects, you go all in and get AR. You still have multiple years left w/ a healthy Rodgers and Belichick.

Seattle: Even tough Russ appears to have returned to the team, he hasn't signed any sort of new deal. What about sending AR to Seattle for Russ? Maybe both could use a change of scenery.

Or maybe GB thinks Jordan Love is ready to take over? I mean, they could be getting him tons of help w/ all the picks they would be receiving for AR. Maybe he's better than we think...

I dunno. It's a crazy situation (if the report is true).

SFO, NYJ, Raiders.... Problem is now they can't really trade Rodgers or Love because they have no leverage... Everyone knows they are desperate to trade one of them...

Zero chance of that... They've had no off season this or last year and he never played in a game... Took very few snaps in TC...
