Last DL spot seems to be between Sutton and Ego; it will likely be a decision of a good backkup DE or an average backup DE/NT. Either way someone that has some talent(if only in a 4-3) is going to get cut which is a good thing. I'd be surprised if Timu doesn't make the team. I'd be surprised if Chris P doesn't make the team also.
I've seen a number or writers covering Bears camp say that Keith Browner might upset for the second open DL spot. He looked good against NE - better than Fergy for sure. Browner's gonna have a hard time beating Sutton though IMO.
Christian Jones, I believe, is gonna make this team as is John Timu. You don't cut those two guys. Jeremy Stoltz reported that Jones has been running this week with the ILBs in practice AND he's been a part of the first team kickoff and punt units. Jones has way too much positional diversity (esp with Trevathan's and McPhee's knees the way they are). John Timu is a fucking thumper. He's been super active in the pass rush And run stop game and has looked a lot better in coverage than last year. He's also running with the first team punt and kickoff units. I think he's ahead of Anderson on the depth chart.
