Yep saw that, I'm really surprised they didn't just stick it out w/him a few more games. Saw a tweet that said he wasn't expecting it. ptisme when's the last time GB fired a HC mid season?
As a diehard Bears fan I obviously can't stand Green Bay but at the same time I totally respect your team because I believe it's a great franchise. So don't get this wrong way what I'm about to ask you. I'm not being a jerk rubbing salt in the wound but maybe you can help me understand something.
You guys have Rodgers, a top 3 QB in the league and one of the best QBs in NFL history, future 1st ballot HOFer, you're playing at home which is always tough for visiting teams, AR is 16-1 at Lambeau in Dec, it's kinda cold and humid and you're playing AZ which I would argue is the worst team in the entire NFL.
You guys don't have a lot of cash so it's very unlikely this will happen but I wouldn't be surprised if GB interviews Jim Harbaugh. I doubt you guys are going after a young Sean McVay type rookie HC, either.

Love him or hate him, Colin w/ another very interesting analysis of the situation in Green Bay. Firing McCarthy won't solve every problem. AR's contract and character issues are still a big pain in the ass.
