Canadian medical researches just released a study where CTE was found in a patient whit absolutely no history of concussions, head trauma or a history of activity in any contact sport.
But since we've seen cases of brains that experienced multiple concussions but don't have CTE, and now a brain with CTE but absence of any head trauma, there is indication that we should be cautious about labelling trauma as the only possible cause of CTE because it looks to be more complicated than that.
I wonder how long before this link disappears as it does not fit the narrative that a contact sport (aka football) is the cause of CTE.

Posted something a few years ago about dr's and scientist warning about linking CTE and football, and that there is to much unknown to come to a conclusion.
When McMahon came about about his issues, I went to his alcohol and drug use, not football. My sisters ex is in his early 50's and has demenisa and althiemers; all b/c of drugs and alcohol abuse. What if CTE is caused by a multitude of things.
but hey won't hear this on 670 or the educated Bernstien b/c in his opinion the science is settled.
