NFCN preview, projections, win/loss totals

This is from PFF. They are doing a projection NFL-wide using a methodology they came up with. But when it comes to this year's NFCN I'm not sure it has much validity. There has been a lot of division change this off-season. Anything could happen this season as a result. Here is the LINK to the article. It will be interesting to revisit their predictions at the end of the season.
BASELINE PROJECTIONS
Total Wins: Minnesota 8.78 (over/under 10.5), Green Bay 7.93 (o/u 10.5), Detroit 7.90 (o/u 7.5), Chicago 7.33 (o/u 6.5)
Probability of winning the division: MIN 38%, GB 23%, DET 23%, CHI 16%
Probability of making playoffs: MIN 50%, DET 35%, GB 34%, CHI 25%
Probability of winning the Super Bowl: MIN 5% (10/1), GB 3% (14/1), DET 2% (50/1), CHI 1% (100/1)
