A little boy at training camp last year wanted him to sign his football. Trubisky didn't see the little guy in the crowd until he yelled out at the top of his little lungs, "Mr Biscuit" - and then T looked around and spotted him and came over. LOL, that football the little guy had was about as big as him, he was so small. T was a class act coming over to sign it for him.

Well I certainly can't argue against Mr. Biscuit as his nickname after that.

For many years now, I've watched the players interact with the fans, and especially the children, at Bears training camp. I believe you get a glimpse of what kind of people they are. Some are aloof and ignore the fans, while others are amazingly kind and patient - and spend time with the people.
When the players come off the field it is often beastly hot and humid, and you KNOW they are dying to just get a shower and rest. But I've seen some of the Bears stay out in that hot sun for a long time patiently signing autographs for the kids. It was good to see how humble Trubisky was that day with the little guy. He easily could have just kept on going to the showers ignoring the boy. But he was really amazing that day. That little fan will never forget that day as long as he lives. Good stuff.
