If you look at his career stats, he played a fair amount his first year at Seattle and then nothing for the next two years. Was let go and bounced around. Ended up in Arizona last year. Played a few games and was let go again.
Doesn't sound encouraging. Nice size. Looks like another camp body. If he works out, great. Otherwise will be gone by the end of August.
I found the SBNation article from the Seahawks fan site about Simon getting released. Sounds like he blew a couple of coverages in the SB, allowing 2 TDs and was then injured a lot.
