Allen Robinson says Matt Nagy played big part in decision to sign with Bears

Matt Nagy was hired by Ryan Pace to be the head coach of the Chicago Bears because of his innovative approach to offense and ability to groom and develop quarterbacks.
Apparently, he’s a really good piece to have in free agency, too.
Allen Robinson, whom the Bears agreed with on a three-year, $42 million deal Tuesday, cited Nagy as part of the reason why he’s coming to Chicago.
Last year this time, free agents stayed away from the Bears because of the team’s void at quarterback and an uninspiring coaching staff. Both problems were fixed by Pace in what may go down as the most productive 12 months in recent Bears history.
Nagy and Mitchell Trubisky are changing the culture in Chicago even before wins start piling up. The Robinson signing is proof of that, and as more talented players like A-Rob become willing to join the Bears, those wins will accumulate in a hurry.
