Darren Sproles says Bears must use Tarik Cohen like Saints used Alvin Kamara

Tarik Cohen wowed NFL fans during his rookie season in 2017 with field-flipping explosive plays that were all the more impressive because of his diminutive 5-foot-6 frame.
Sounds a lot like Eagles RB Darren Sproles, right?
Sproles was asked about Cohen at Super Bowl Super Bowl LII’s Opening Night Monday and offered his opinion on how Chicago can maximize the undersized running back’s skill set.
“They have to put him in space a little bit more though. Like, they’ve really got to move him around, create mismatches for him,” Sproles said, according to Brad Biggs of the Chicago Tribune.
“They should watch New Orleans film. Watch some of that film. They’ve got to put him in spots like they did with Alvin Kamara.”
Sproles has had one of the more remarkable careers in recent NFL history. He, like Cohen, measures-in at only 5-6 but at 34 years old, he’s enjoyed 12 years of production at a position that usually requires a player much bigger than him.
Sproles has played for three teams (Chargers, Saints and Eagles) and has amassed 3,366 rushing yards to go along with 4, 456 receiving yards and 52 total touchdowns as a sub-package player.
If anyone knows how to best use Cohen’s skills, it’s Sproles.
Hopefully, Matt Nagy and the rest of Chicago’s coaching staff is paying attention.
