I mean... sure... anything is possible and the Bears ARE playing bad football, but realistically, does anyone really think we will lose to the one win 49ers?
And I am saying that having fully expected that the Bears would win to the Roger-less Packers. The thing is that despite the injuries (and as much as we hate to accept it) the Packers have decent coaching and they can come up with a game plan and make real time game adjustments. When a team adjusts to our game plan, we are done. But even with all of that..... does anyone really think we will lose? The 49ers have every bit as bad coaching as we do.

I've never seen Fox/Fangio ever attack a first time starter, rookie QB or new QB just getting started. There may have been a time or two, but off the top of my head I can't remember a single time. This is what I expect to see next weekend:
(1) Bethard/JimmyG having all the time they want to sit back and wait for the Bears DB to lose coverage. (2) 3 man pass rushes consistently (3) At some point someone will not fill a run gap and a SF RB will go 40+ yards for a TD. (4) r-r-p on Bears OFF because keeping the game lose is what Fox wants. (5) Mulitple false starts, delay of games, and holding penalities on the OFF (6) coverage flags on the DEF (7) at least one massive coverage breakdown by the Bears DB. (8) Santos will miss a 50+ for the win as time runs out.
I can't believe the board is really so down after to losing to MVP Carson Wentz, really good DC Jim Schwartz, and arguably the best team in the NFL. Let's look what happened priorto this game...
The Lions, the D faced a top passing attack and the secondary got exposed, didn't help that Floyd was gone for the most critical drive of the game. Yet, the Bears nearly forced OT.
The Bears lost to GB, I carve that up to the bad juju we have against them.
Nearly upset a streaking Saints team.
First two game winning streak against playoff contenders (Panthers and Ravens).
Honestly, the two biggest differences from those games to the Philly game was the level of competition and the loss of Floyd... but to the question, can the Bears lose to San Fran?
Without Floyd, a pass rush, it's going to be hard to win. Prince, Kyle, and Cre'Von should have a good match up against these WRs, save for Goodwin (need to watch that speed). I'm not sure if it's Kwiatkoski or Jones, but we need DannyT back. Goldman, Hicks and crew need to be ready for Hyde.
I'm worried about the Bears rushing attack vs SF. Sure, they are one of the worst, but the play calling should make it even. Mitch's decision making will make the difference... assuming the Chicago WRs can gain some separation every once in awhile.
