The game was winnable but a few mistakes cost us. The fumble TO for a TD and then the O stalling in the 2nd and 3rd quarters helped the Lions back in. I think that swing when the Lions went up was also huge. But yeah barf you suck, go away. Trub had a decent game but it could have been a whole lot better without that TO and the O stalling. Oh well onto the next one.

I'm not as frustrated by this game as last week.
I was pleased they opened up the passing game - this made the running game much more effective. More like last year.
The defense looks to be really struggling without Trevathan and also we seem to be missing Callahan more than I thought.
I struggle to put the game on one person playing badly or even a stupid game plan (for once). I think this was a case of being beaten by a better team.
Edit - I just watched the last drive again. Why not have Cohen on for that?
Too many dropped balls, so I would say the offense. They played better this week with a more aggressive play calling but not enough to win. The fumble turned the game around for the Lions. As for dropped passes, Daniel Brown looked bad. Inman looks like he can fit in well as he learns the offense.
I went with "Other" because how on earth is Connor Barth our kicker? I refuse to believe there was not a better option for our 2017 season. I have watched over a half-century of NFL football, and countless times the kicker is often THE critically important man on a team's roster - every season games are won or lost due to this one position. Mission critical importance. I'll bet I've watched close to 100 games over those years decided by the kicker. And Ryan Pace has chosen to go with Connor Barth. Still.
It defies logic. Ryan Pace crapped the bed here. Pathetic.
How many games did Robbie Gould cost us in all the years he was a Bears?
How many has Barth cost us in less than two years?
Robbie had a couple of slumps but he always bounced back. Barth can't be counted on from more than 40 yards period. He's like a golfer who just never gets his swing grooved. And THIS is the guy Focks claimed he trusted more than Gould huh?
Chalk up one more personnel blunder to Focks. Puhleeese somebody just make him go away.

Gould is currently 11/12 from 40-50 yards this year and 2/2 from 50+.
