IMO, there is a difference, but you get the same results. However, in one case the coaching and time will fix it. Right now we do have inexperience. The question is do we also have weak?

3-4 years ago it was weak and inexperience, and no amount of coaching was going to fix that; which is why 99% of those guys are now gone or buried on the depth chart. Hopefully this staff has drafted better and it's just 1 of the 2.
