Because he can’t catch. Quit trying to blame the coaches for everything. Log, Fox, or Pace didn’t make this dude drop every other pass that hit him in the hands
b/c while here his yards in games were: 15, 57, 9, 44. That's why.
Sometimes a change of scenery helps players. Scheme fit in the NFL matters. Marshal Faulk is the best example. After he retired he said being traded from Indy was the best thing that ever happened to him b/c it checked his ego and he started working harder. But we all know that O's are the same, the Bears cannot afford to try and be a wide open O; and when Thompson is on the field, he's not getting any attention in Buff like he would have w/the Bears. Taylor is also a much better qb then people give him credit for; he's not a top 10 guy, but he's still good. I was hoping the Bears would go after him this offseason.

Yes but are those yards really his fault when you have a coaching staff refusing to pass the ball? Remember we got a HC who has a history of 4 pass completions for wins.
I'm not saying he was this great player but again we released a player we should of never released with how thin our WRs were. The man was a better player then Kevin White ( When on the field ). He seem to be the only WR to create separation. Sometimes it is schemes that ruin players and I'm starting to believe this is the case here with our offense.

Refuses to pass the balls? W/Glennon they passed the ball an average of 35 times a game. They are refusing to pass the ball w/Trubs b/c he's not ready to be the primary point of attack; and Thompson isn't the type of WR that can help a young qb.
I agree with the first two parts but not the third. Any receiver who can create separation is a receiver Trubisky needs on this team. I'd like to think the move was made because Thompson requested it, Pace and Fox respected the request, and we had a roster spot we wanted to fill. we probably won't ever really know the reason though.

I don't think there is any evidence to support that. It might be true, but many good people have been let go. Do you think they all asked to leave? Rather than asking to leave, I think the most logical reason is that we really can not distinguish good potential from not having potential. Who does that? Does Pace watch all the practices and tells Fox who he is getting rid of? Does Fox decide who he doesn't think is playing well and tell Pace he doesn't need him? Who knows, but something is not working well in that whole deal.

I don't know. No one on this board does. I stated what I hope happened in this unfortunate situation.
