Bears beat Steelers - who gets the game ball?

If we had Cam from last season and Trub from next season (hopefully), we would be probably the best team in NFC N

Howard gets a game ball Cooper gets a kick in the ass. Glennon gets a tutorial video on how to pass effectively and the defense and STeams both get kudos for having played very well.

If this team had a decent starting QB they might be a little more dangerous than they seem.....oh wait minute we do have a decent #2 QB don't we? Maybe he'll get to play one of these days.

Enjoy the kool-aid and cupcakes gang. If they still taste just as good after Thursday night I might even take a bite of one. And they wouldn't even have to win to prove to me they're back in it. If they can just play even with GB in GB I'll start to be more impressed.

We played a decent game against Atlanta to but didn't win it. The we stunk it up on the road last week just as Pitt stunk it up (for them) today. It was our week. Let me be clear. I'm not unhappy Alex. I'm only semi-impressed and still a realist. Out if 22 passes and 15 completions Glennon threw 4 passes to WRs and completed one. We had 84 yards net passing. We won't win many games with that kind of passing attack. Take away 10 of the points scored in regulation off Pitt turnovers by STeams with a very short field and the offense produced just 7 points in 4 Qs. That's still not good enough.

We should have put this game away long before we did but again we allowed a very good team to stick around and almost lost because of it.  When they can stop doing that they may have arrived but not yet.

So.....we can all enjoy the win. I will because the Bronco's lost which gives me a breather among my Bronco fan buddies. But there is still a whole lot of work to do with that offense before we can have any kind of confidence they can score enough to win consistently. So let's not get ahead of ourselves. The best QB is still sitting.

If ever there was a team win, this was it.  The team made its share of mistakes, maybe more than its share.  But they just refused to lose.  I was very proud of this team today.  It was a nice win over a better team.
