Kevin Mawae joins the Bears for the season

No better guy to learn from. Helped during training camp, but now brought in for the season as assistant O-Line coach. I suspect he will be specifically geared toward the center position, possibly as Whitehairs mentor?

By next year we'll have two starting caliber OCs and where most teams have a QB controversy we'll have an OC controversy. Can't wait to read some posts about that. Maybe we can slim the loser of the OC battles down and make em our decade Long snapper? or an eligible receiver from the C position, make up some new form of wild cat formation with 2 Centers on the field O.o

I would be really happy with 3 or 4 guys who could play either guard position and center. I mean play the positions well.

I am so sick and tired of being one injury away from disaster on the OL. Do the names Vlad Ducasse and Patrick Omameh ring a bell?
